  SEPTEMBER IS SELF-IMPROVEMENT MONTH
Self-improvement. We all want to be better and do better but few of us actually take the time to work on ourselves. That is what this September observance is all about - making the time for you. Sometimes making the time available in itself is tough but if you value yourself and your self-improvement you will do it.

Some people schedule time for themselves just like they would schedule an appointment with someone else. Others get up earlier or plan time at the end of the day. Do whatever is easiest for you or it will not work. The most important thing is to be committed to take time for your own personal self-improvement this month.

TESTIMONIALS

"Thank you for taking care of my legs, so I can continue dancing at 81 years old."

"I am so happy that I finally got my veins done, because now I can wear my favorite zip-up boots. I just thought my legs and ankles had gotten fat, but it turns out it was the swelling from my vein disease."

"I can't believe it, I can finally shave my legs without crying, because you removed the bulging veins on my legs. I will forever be greatful."

"I always blamed my swollen ankles on my diabetes, then I got my veins treated and now I don't have swollen ankles anymore, WOW!"

"We travel a lot and love to see the world. I never was able to walk very long to go site-seeing, because my legs got tired and heavy. Then I got my veins worked on and now I can walk and walk and walk."

GET A LEG UP! - HEALTH TIPS

ROCK THE STILETTOS
ON THE WEEKENDS...
BUT AVOID WEARING
HIGH-HEELED SHOES EVERY DAY!

Avoid wearing your stilettos or high-heeled shoes every day. High heels are NOT fashionable for your veins. If you wear a heel that is more than 1.5 inches high every day, your calf muscle will not be effectively pumping blood out of the leg. Not a believer? Try this at home. Feel how the calf contracts when you walk in lower heels and then switch to high heels. The foot simply moves forward in high heels, and you won't feel your calf contracting as you walk.

FUN FACTS

50,000+ MILES OF VEINS IN YOUR BODY?

How long are the veins in the human body?
There is anywhere from 50,000 to 100,000 miles of veins in your body.

Most of them are so densely packed and are microscopic. Also if you connected your veins together they would go two and a half times around the earth!!
